In-Person/Phone Readings

 
  • All readings are appointment only.  Once you’ve made your payment, you will be sent a confirmation email to schedule your session.  

 

  • The morning of your reading, you’ll receive a reminder email at 8AM ET.  

 

  • If you cannot make your appointment, I require 24 hour notice so that I may make that spot available for another client.  If you fail to give me 24 hours notice, your payment will be forfeited.  If you want to reschedule, you’ll need to pay for a new session.

 

  • For in-person readings, if you are running late, please let me know immediately.  You will be given 10 minute grace period but after 15 minutes, you’ll be considered a “no-show” and your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.  My time is valuable so please leave plenty of time to get to your appointment.

 

  • At times, despite the best of my ability, I am not able to connect with a client energetically. If I do not feel a connection within 5 minutes, I will conclude the reading and offer a full refund.  I will also refer you to a reader that I respect.  

 

  • If you are rude, disrespectful, or abusive in any way, our session will be cancelled immediately and I will refuse to read for you again.

 

  • If I sense you are becoming dependent and/or your energy seems impaired (ex: drunk/high), I will refuse the reading and you will be offered one reschedule. 

 
 

Email/Video Readings

 
  • Email/Video business hours are Monday-Saturday, 8am-10pm EST.  Sunday is my day to recharge and purchases made after 10pm and on Sunday will be processed the next day.  Turnaround time does not include Sunday even with "rush" status.  For example, if a "Clari-Tea-ni" Reading comes in on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday.  Also, if a "rush" order is placed on Saturday, it will be delivered on Monday.

 

  • ​When purchasing your reading, please include your question(s) in "Notes to Seller".

  • Once I receive your payment and question, your reading will be put in the queue, to be answered within the time frame of the reading (Tea -24 hours, Clari-Tea-Ni - 48 hours).  After reading is sent, I will offer one reply email to extend clarity, if needed. No additional cards will be pulled on the topic.  Reply email will be limited to one brief response.  

 

  • If extra clarity is needed, you are welcome to purchase "The Tea" for an additional $10 and it will have the same 24 hour turnaround time. 

 

  • If you would like to converse with me for extra clarity, there will be a $20 add-on which will include "The Tea" Reading (an additional card). 

 

  • Phone clarity extension will be limited to 15 minutes and will follow the same procedure as in-person readings. After payment is received, you will be sent the link to schedule our conversation. 

 

  • All phone extensions will be honored within 24 hours of payment.
